Coupon Code Terms & Conditions

• All sale coupons offer up to 15% discount, subject to individual coupon limits.
• Coupons applicable only on Livvra products: Kumkumadi Beauty Oil, Yeast Protein, DY-B-Fuel RAS.
• Coupons not valid on combo offers, free products, cart fillers or free gifts.
• Coupons not applicable on orders containing 6 or more variants.
• Only one coupon per order. Coupons cannot be clubbed.
• Coupons not valid during flash sales, BOGO or festival sales unless stated.
• Livvra reserves the right to modify or withdraw coupons without notice.

Welcome to www.livvra.in. Adret Retail Private Limited (“Adret”) is the owner of the brand livvra Ayurveda and the website. Adret is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with registered office at Vaishnavi Tech Park, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use along with Privacy, Shipping and Cancellation, Refund and Return Policies.

Eligibility

You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors below 18 may use the Website only under parental supervision.

Account & Registration

Orders may be placed as registered or guest users. Registered users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and activities under their account.

Livvra Coins (Loyalty Program)

• 5% cashback on invoice value (excluding shipping).
• Redeem up to 10% on future orders.
• Coins expire after 6 months.
• Coins earned before 20 March 2024 expire in 2 months.

Personal Information

Livvra may collect personal information including name, email, mobile number, age, gender, address, browsing behaviour and transactional data for order processing and communication.

Orders & Products

Product listings do not constitute an offer. Livvra reserves the right to accept or reject orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Shipping charge of ₹199 applies on orders below ₹649.

Limitation of Liability

Livvra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the product value.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian laws and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bengaluru.
