Cancellation Policy

Livvra believes in helping its customers as much as possible and therefore follows a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed via www.livvra.in. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

If Livvra suspects any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that violates the Website’s terms and conditions, Livvra reserves the right to cancel such orders with or without prior notice.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our Customer Support team at livvraindia@gmail.com during working hours.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed within 2 – 5 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For cancellations before shipment, refunds are processed within 2 – 5 business days after receiving the request.

  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
  • It may take an additional 2 – 3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds may also be issued via Livvra coupons for future purchases.

Discount vouchers or loyalty points used during checkout are considered redeemed and will not be reinstated in case of cancellation.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Livvra offers an easy return policy. Customers may raise a return or exchange request within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Partial returns are allowed. A full refund will be initiated if the package is opened and returned within 5 days of delivery.

Steps to Raise a Return / Exchange Request

  1. Email livvraindia@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Share order ID, invoice and clear images showing batch number.
  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4 – 7 business days.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only if products are received in original packaging with seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Returns Not Accepted Under Following Conditions

  • Product without original packaging, tags or freebies
  • Tampered serial number or altered composition
  • Return request raised after 30 business days
  • Free products provided by Livvra

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In rare cases of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund within 5 days of delivery.

  1. Email livvraindia@gmail.com within 5 days.
  2. Share order ID, invoice and images/videos of the issue.
  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4 – 7 days.

Refunds will be processed within 2 – 5 days after verification. Replacement is subject to stock availability.

Return of Free Gifts

Yes, free gifts must be returned along with the product in original condition with seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds processed within 2 – 5 days after product verification.
  • Prepaid orders refunded to original payment method.
  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer.
  • Additional 2 – 3 days may be required for bank processing.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after receiving the product from the logistics partner and credited within 8 – 9 days.
