1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Order cancelled before shipment.
• Product lost during transit.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product along with clear images or videos as proof.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Product has been opened or used.
• Refund request made after 48 hours of delivery.
• Damage caused due to improper handling.
• Products purchased during special offers or clearance sale.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side, such as wrong or damaged product delivery.
