Livvra has partnered with reputed logistic partners for our logistic services, to ensure that all our products reach you in the best of conditions with no damages. We assure you that we use packaging materials of the best quality, sourced from reliable vendors, and ensure thorough testing of package worthiness before shipping and delivery.

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system has processed your order, the products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, the products are packed and handed over to our trusted logistic partner.

Our logistic partner will then deliver the products to you at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach you at the shipping address or suitable time, they shall contact you to resolve the same.

All products ordered by you (including any free gifts bundled with the product) will be shipped to the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing your order, along with an invoice. While we strive to ship all products together, this may not always be possible.

How are the products packaged?

Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap. Fragile products such as glass bottles are secured with an additional layer of bubble wrap. Products are then packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and handed over to our logistic partners for delivery.

Livvra holds responsibility for any damages caused to the product while in transit.

What is the range of locations to which Livvra ships?

Livvra ships throughout India to almost all pin-codes. Serviceable pin-codes may change from time to time depending on logistics partner coverage.

You can check pin-code serviceability on any product page or during checkout.

Is it possible to track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier details.

Registered users can track their orders by logging into the “My Account” → “Your Orders” section.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Products are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 days depending on the shipping location.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer. Livvra is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

Note: Delivery timelines cannot be committed at present. Livvra reserves the right to pause deliveries due to safety or operational reasons.

Delivery Attempts

Our logistic partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

You may contact customer support to request rescheduling of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on product, packaging size and other factors. Charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Livvra does not charge any shipping fees beyond the invoice amount shown at checkout.

Notification of Policy Changes

We keep our Shipping & Delivery Policy under review and reserve the right to modify or update it at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
