We take utmost care in packaging and quality control to ensure that the products reach our customers in the best condition without damage. All packaging materials are sourced from reliable vendors and tested to maintain product safety during transit.
Shipping Charges: ₹190 will be charged for all orders above ₹3500. Orders below ₹3500 may qualify for free or discounted shipping depending on promotions.
Once your order is successfully placed on www.livvra.in, our system processes the order and prepares it for dispatch. Each product undergoes quality inspection before being packed and handed over to our logistics partner.
After dispatch, the courier partner delivers the order to the shipping address provided during checkout.
In case the courier partner cannot reach you at the address or suitable time, they may contact you directly for delivery coordination.
All Livvra products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
Fragile products such as glass bottles are wrapped with multiple protective layers including bubble wrap and placed inside sturdy corrugated boxes before shipping.
Livvra holds responsibility for damages caused during transit and customers are advised to report such cases immediately after delivery.
Livvra currently ships products across most locations within India. Serviceability depends on courier partner coverage and may vary depending on the delivery pin-code.
Customers can verify serviceable locations during checkout by entering their pin-code.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing tracking details and courier partner information.

Courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
